staying at the dog & partridge was a delight! the inn is charming, with a cozy double room that made for a great night's sleep. breakfast was fresh, abundant, and served with a smile. plus, the restaurant dinner was delicious—definitely recommend making a reservation. don’t miss the peacock in the village! it’s just off the motorway, making it very convenient.

Had a lovely dinner with excellent roast dinners and fresh veggies, and the dessert was a real treat too! The garden area was a great spot to unwind after the meal. The sun terrace offered a perfect view. Just be aware that the breakfast setup could use a bit of improvement, but overall, I'd totally come back soon! 😊

We crashed here for a night before hitting Alton Towers. The family room was super spacious and clean, perfect for us. Had a lovely evening meal in the bar area – food was quick and really nice! Only thing was the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it was still decent.

the hotel is super nice and in a great spot. we had a lovely family meal in the restaurant, and the service was fantastic. the staff were really helpful and friendly, made us feel at home. the room was clean and comfy, really enjoyed our stay. will def come back!

the accessibility of the room was a let down though. also, the bathroom needs an update and felt a bit outdated.
